My physical therapist recommended a pillow with more support to help treat my pinched nerve and neck tightness. This pillow had free shipping, arrived promptly, and has been a welcome change from my normal pillow. I found some sizing templates and guides on another web site. You may need help in measuring, but it seems important to get the right size. I like this pillow much better than the TempurPedic pillow I also tried, which cost almost 3x the price of this one.

For about the first week, I thought the pillow did great. I would wake up in the morning and my arms would not be hurting (they did previously because my old pillow pressed against the nerve in my neck). After the first week the pillow seemed to become "floppy" (don't know how else to describe it). I find myself pulling back out my old pillow during the night to use. It is a great concept for a pillow but it needs to retain some rigidity in its form. I'd like to return it if I could.

The 4 reviews I read before I bought seemed to be all side sleepers but they loved it so much I decided to try it. Went to the manufacturer's web site and used their sizing do-hickey. I literally spent about ten minutes on it then tossed it off the bed. It was pure misery. There is nothing that I can find about it that would be helpful for a back sleeper with painful neck problems. The neck roll part was hard and unevenly filled and seemed to have no resemblance to the shape of the sizing template on the CervAlign website. I sent it back the next day. The only reason I rated as high as I did is giving benefit of the doubt for the side sleepers.

I have disc problems in my neck. Soon as I would lay down on my old pillow I would feel a headache coming on almost nightly. This pillow was amazing as it stopped my headaches! It is very hard for me to get used to though, but worth every effort if my headaches are gone!

I try the CervAlign Pillow for 7 nights.......... it was like sleeping on a "Log"........ my neck is 10-time worst...... would like my money back......
