You'll Just Have to Try It Jan 31, 2011
By Ted R. Take these reviews with a grain of salt- it's kind of like me telling you how great I like a particular mattress- what I like might not be what you like. Having said that, it is good to read the reviews to gather the positives and negatives about this knee pillow...
-it's got a washable cover. Important because these things do need a good washin' once in awhile. :)
-it may or may not be thick enough for you, here's where you'll just have to try it :(
-it's made of memory foam, so this pillow is going to give a bit. It will be too little, too much, or just the right amount depending on who you are and what feels comfortable :) :(
-the memory foam is a big plus if you're worried about your knee pillow getting beat down into a pulp over time. I suspect this pillow will keep its shape for years.
So there you have it. My recommendation is to try it and see how you like it. Its not too expensive of a gamble, could turn out to be the best pillow that ever helped your back pain, and you can always return it. Back pain sufferers might also want to check out Treat Your Own Spinal Stenosis.

Stiff and pills Oct 15, 2010
By J. Reese
"shawply"
Good quality (although I guess you have to throw it away when the thin cover wears out or tears/rips. Fabric is soft and removeable but I would not want to try to get it back on... It is a bit stiff/hard and the edges are too sharp and by the morning your knees are practically touching. Should curve them a bit more. Also, it pills quite a bit (from flannel sheets). But beats a plain pillow. Next time though, I will think about getting a small memory foam pillow.
UPDATE: After 6 months I don't have to worry about it being too stiff. It now has barely any spring in the middle and squashes almost flat. For what I paid I would have expected it to last a lot longer.

Knee Pillow is the Best of 3 Jan 21, 2011
By DEQ I had back surgery and my doctor recommended that I sleep with a pillow between my knees to keep spine in alignment. I purchased 3 different knee pillows (the Carex Knee Pillow, Contour Memory Foam Knee Pillow, Homedics Therapy Leg Spacer), and this is the best of the 3. I have washed the cover, and the pillow could be squished to get it in and out. It has a very small zipper that does not bother me at all. This product does the trick for me.

Best knee pillow! Mar 28, 2010
By Julie R. Winters I've used several different brands and have been frustrated with the lack of support. Ironically it was a review on this one that made me try it. It is firm and provides the BEST support of any I have tried. I use it every night and have noticed a difference already. Not sure over the long haul how it will hold up, but it is already better than any other, including the one I purchased from my chiropractor.

Best knee pillow yet deceptive pic Nov 01, 2010
By P. Mac This is the best Knee pillow I have found. I do kneed to say that the product you get is not the one pictured. The picture shows a pretty thick section of foam for between the knees but the product that is shipped is more narrow. The whole reason I purchased this product was because it looked thicker than others. Having said that it is made of a firmer foam so it ends up being the thickest one I have seen on the market.
I personally can't believe that someone doesn't make a pillow that is the right thickness.
