Decent product for finger rehab Jan 29, 2009
By A. Rairkar This is a pretty decent product for finger injuries from rock climbing and/or keyboard-mouse over use. I have both and I bought a few metolius grip savers for it. However the grip savers break a lot and are a waste.
This one is pretty sturdy, comes with a range of elastic bands for different resistance levels and it does its job. i.e. if you use it regularly & properly , it will likely heal your finger injuries. Of course you also need a grip press ball or some sort for the opposite resistance 'flexion' vs 'tension' or whatever it is called.

Simple and Works! Jan 17, 2011
By Charles Norman The Cando Digit-Extend Hand Exerciser is just as good as any of the other great products I've bought, like the Xtensor, the Power Web Hand Exerciser, the Handmaster Plus, and the Expand-Your-Hands Bands. To me, they all work fantastic! I've used these nifty inventions along with icing my affected areas (elbows - tendonitis, and wrists - carpal tunnel) with ice wraps for 20 minutes, twice daily, and I am experiencing rapid healing and recovery!

Therapy in the Palm of Your Hand (pun intended) May 24, 2010
By Nicole M. Miller I found this device very helpful. Unfortunately, I didn't have the motor coordination to keep from dropping it when I first go it, but I think it has aided my recovery quite nicely.

Pretty weak Jul 05, 2011
By KennyV Have used just a rubber band with a knot in the middle, way better than this device, even with wrapping bands around multiple times, product is too light duty.

Works great until the bands decay Jun 13, 2011
By Adam Holden This is a great product, but it does have one flaw that is preventing me from rating it higher. I have owned this for 3 weeks now and I just had the first medium (red) band break on me. After 2 weeks, the band started showing obvious signs of fatigue and began cracking. They do include replacement bands, but with only 2 additional ones at the tension I need, it will force me to try and find a rubber band that works somewhere else in a month or so.
