I ordered the half round foam roller for my back. My husband's physical therapist brought hers for me to try because my back was strained from helping my husband get around. I put the foam roller on the floor and lie on it for approximately 10 minutes twice a day. I cannot tell you the difference it has made in my back pain. I would recommend this to anyone with back problems to help line the spine up again. It is wonderful!

just what I ordered. heavy duty and easy to use. holds heavy weight person and allows for exercise as needed.

Believe it or not, I've asked several of my patients to buy this 1/2 foam roller for their balance exercises. I start them off on the white regular density one and when they're good at that, I tell them to buy this one to continue their exercises at home. It's actually one of my more fun treatment regimens.

Although this product appeared to be the one my PT uses, it does not seem as firm or as sturdy.

This half round roller is excellent for foot exercises. I learned the moves at my gym and wanted to do them more often at home. It is part of my stretching every morning. Thank goodness I found it at Amazon.com
