I am a faithful user of biofreeze, the product works great for relieving minor aches and pains as well as making chronic pain more bearable

I have tried the spray & the roll-on of Bio-Freeze and the gel seems to work the quickest and the best. My chiropractor handed me a few packs one day when I had a major adjustment and I couldn't believe how fast I felt the relief in my joints. I now carry a few in my first aid kit when I go kayaking or fishing in case it becomes a long day of too much fun.

I sprained my ankle REALLY badly in July. Even after the 6-8 weeks passed that my orthopedist said it would take to heal I was still not 100%. I wear an ankle brace when I go on walks and afterwards I put on some Biofreeze (it feels really good) and I don't have any stiffness or swelling like I use to. The gel is a little messy and half of it wants to stay on my hand when I apply it to my ankle so I started sqeezing it directly on my ankle and wrapping with an Ace Bandage.
