I have a pinched nerve in 2 different neck vertebraes. The pain is unbearable and it numbs my shoulder and arm. This Biofreeze is the ONLY thing that helps the pain - not even pills. It goes deep in the muscle and relieves the pain and the numbness of my arms.

Knee pain and bruises Apr 15, 2007

I just got thru applying a packet of BioFreeze on my knee area. Yesterday I applied Biofreeze three times, over the course of the day, to my knee that was killing me. I bruised the knee just to the right of the patella (kneecap). I couldn't figure out why I had so much pain! I remembered kneeling on a small pipe and this created the injury. Once I remembered this injury I applied a packet (5 gram)of BioFreeze. Each packet is an application. This morning I have significant pain reduction and range of motion. I was searching around as to where I can get more packets and Amazon has em.
I want packets because it seems to be the perfect one application size and the storage time is great. The packets that I'm using are over two years old. Easy to carry and are not exposed to oxygen like a tube will be.
A very fine product that works, isn't messy and stores well.

I really like BIOFREEZE with ILEX it really does do what it implies. It truly does relieve pain. I brought 100 5 Gram Packs so that I can introduce them to others that experience a lot of pain. This product is excellent. I had received a 5 Gram Pack at a Health Fair and tried it and liked it and the rest is history.

Biofreeze relieved pain that even narcotic pain medication couldn't relieve. My physician recommended it because the post-shingles pain combined with fibromyalgia pain wasn't responding to anti-inflammatories and prescription pain medications. She suggested that adding Biofreeze might be missing piece of the puzzle and she was right! It even relieves the discomfort of restless leg syndrome. Wow - a great product. The 5-gram packets are the perfect size for an application and are easily tucked in my pocket or purse to take with me so I have relief whenever and wherever I need it. The relief lasts for hours. This is an amazing product.
