5Easy to use  Feb 09, 2011
By DocBorges
Love this product. Easy to apply and easy to follow instructions. Just remember sizing. If you purchase a large and should have had medium, the product will not work as it should. I have had x5 years of shoulder issues and had two shoulder surgeries. This does not fix the problem, but alleviates some of the pain.

5Great tape, helped me recover from shoulder surgery  Jul 23, 2011
By Rob Brewster
Great tape!! stays on for 5-7 days. While on those days it doesn't stop working. I wore it in the shower & during everything i did. It helped when I was playing hockey & when I was cycling. It gave me the support i needed to get back to the ability i was before my shoulder surgery.
Make sure you find someone who can put it on for you. You can not put this on yourself, maybe other ones from spidertech but not this one.

4left shoulder spiderTech  Jun 26, 2011
By Franko Manno "Franko"
I have a very bad left shoulder: bone spurs, labrum tear and arthritis. Shoulder specialist suggests a total shoulder replacement. Am not sure I want to go there yet.

Spidertech alleviates some of the pain in range of motion. Along with not aggravating my shoulder by doing any heavy lifting, some Tylenol and therapy, I may be able to hold off on surgery for a number of years.

And I like that.

If I have to have a total shoulder done, I only want to have to go through it once. It's a long rehab, and I know of people who aren't much better off after having had the surgery.

Am seeing more and more professional athletes using SpiderTech.

When I first learned about it, I thought it might be something similar to the 'magic' wrist bracelets that have magnets and claim to help with balance, etc. This is not like that. I immediately felt the difference when it was put on - less trouble lifting my shoulder and it helps support the area.

Shopping Amazon I found they can be had for less than $8 each. But that adds up fast considering they only last 4-5 days, which is the only downside and what prevents me from giving a five-star rating.

5This is GREAT  Dec 29, 2011
By Mark Stack
I was suffering from some pretty bad pain from repetitive action work. I had a frayed tendon and arthritis . This allowed me to get back into shape by teaching my mussels to stay where they should and the pain subsided.

3Might be rough on skin  Jul 20, 2011
By Gregory Grant
I purchased this for my Dad. He has lost the function of his arm at the shoulder. I was hoping this would help keep his shoulder from coming out of the socket. Unfortuanately, I cannot comment really on how well it would work for that. However, the adhesive did cause a reaction with the skin. He has never had a reaction to other adhesives. If you have sensative skin, take caution.
