 Water movement is great but gets cold within 5 minutes Nov 29, 2011

I bought this for my husband. He enjoys it as far as the nice jet action and bubbling action. However, the water gets cold within five minutes. He has started using it in the bathroom near the bathtub with a large glass on hand so that he can scoop out some of the cold water and add hot water every couple of minutes. So, of course, it is not the relaxing experience I had hoped it would be.

Water can't keep warm,in the cold days,it would be very cold water if do not change water after 15 minutes.
Water poured into the small, but still leak out.
