I use this cover roll stretch all the time for a bum knee. It's better than a sweaty knee brace because it breathes even after you leukotape it. You can shower with it on as well and it lasts at least 3-4 days. You must get it on tight and not let the piece of tape stick to itself. Then add the leukotape under and over the knee cap for stability. I wore the braces for 10 years before discovering this during therapy I went through for my knee.
