Great value Apr 29, 2011

I have had a bad back for many years and I have discovered back patches work better than messy creams to heat the area of pain. These patches do the job great! They cover a large area such as a lower back or they can be cut to cover smaller areas. The heat lasts for at least 24 hours which is enough for me to have the area muscles relaxed and pain free.
