 just a pillow Feb 27, 2008
Bought a pair of these 3 years ago. It's a little tricky to find the correct amout of water for best comfort. After that it is OK, but not the most comfortable pillow. IMO a regular pillow is just as good and much cheaper.

I have bone spurs in my neck and from time to time they give me lots of problems. I have less pain now than before since I have been using this pillow. It provides LOTS of support while I'm sleeping and I don't "wrestle" with it all night long. No matter how I move my head during the night, my head and neck area are all equally supported. I highly recommend this pillow.

After having cervical surgery, numerous pillows were purchased. This pillow has been the best! The firmness of the pillow can be adjusted with the amount of water in the pillow. I miss this pillow when I travel.
