4I must be the lone dissenter  Oct 15, 2007
By Lone Writer
There are better products on the market, but these braces aren't *that* bad. The minute I get home from work, my shoes come off, which is not the best idea for someone with Plantar Fasciitis (a condition I forget I have when my feet are not hurting). On those occasions when I spend hours on my feet without adequate arch support, I just wrap these braces tightly around my arches before bed, and I wake up with much happier feet.

I don't think you could walk around in these, and they'd be uncomfortably bulky under socks and shoes, but for sleeping they work well for me.

5Superb arch support  Feb 28, 2008
By Philip
This superb brace saved me from knee surgery. I use Spenco arch supports, which are far better than cheap drugstore arch supports. But a year ago I began to have difficulty walking long distances, and walking up steps was agony because of knee pain. And the condition was getting progressly worse. These arch supports changed my life. After I experienced total relief from knee pain, and found I could walk again for exercise, two doctors explained to me that the foot arch directly affects knee alignment, so that correcting one adjusts the other. I use these with Rockport walking shoes, which provide good support, but not sufficient until now to help my knees without the Arch Brace. I use the large size support, but it is identical to the small size listed here except for the size. I do not have plantar fasciitis, and so I cannot address whether this arch brace relieves that condition.

1Product did not work for me.  Jun 10, 2007
By Ha
I have plantar fasciitis. It is a painful condition causing extreme heel pain. This product was suppose to bring relief when wearing it. It entered my garbage on the first day. I got something much more substanial from my podiatrist.
