5Great Product  Feb 22, 2012

Acuforce 3.0i Massage Tool by Acuforce

As a licensed massage therapist at RestoredByTouch.com in Casselberry Florida, I use it to reduce hypertension & trigger points in muscles. In combination with trigger point therapy and active isolated stretching, I have reduced HT & /trpt 100%. This product is a great tool to add to my body work tool chest.

Ice cup massages are great on small areas, but this is great for larger areas like the whole side of a calf. It last about 20 minutes, thus I can do several 5-8 minute ice massages for different areas.

Safety tip: keep the ice moving in circular motion as well as moving forward and backward for 5-8 minutes.

It's on my wish list to buy more. It requires about 6 hours to freeze solid.
