Love this product! I wished I would have had it when I first had surgery. I have had nueropathy and recent nerve decompression in my feet and ankles (2 different surgeries on both feet). These are great way to ice the incisions while I keep my feet elevated.
The company got them out to me and the plantar one for my mom in record time!

I bought these cold wraps for the severe eczema on my daughter's feet. They help keep the 'burning'sensation she gets to a minimum. She will sleep with them on all night. They come with 2 cold packs each so you can easily swap them out while the other is re-freezing. My husband also wears them on his ankle when it bothers him. (He broke his ankle in 9 different places...twice) so when he has some discomfort, these certainly help. They are almost like a thick neoprene like you see wet suits made out of. They definitely stay in place as they have a lot of velcro. You can also put the ice pack wherever you need it - it affixes with a velcro strip instead of a "pocket" as I have seen with other models.
