 Relieves and Minimizes the Pain Mar 01, 2012

I'm very overweight and my knees (not to mention the rest of my body) hurt if I walk and move around for any length of time. Rubbing this gel on my knees and hips minimizes the pain, doesn't eliminate but does do a very good job of making it tolerable. The gel goes on to the skin smoothly, no greasy residue left over and it's easy to clean off your hands. And the The menthol smell is not over-powering either.
I would also recommend anyone using this product for joint pains or aches to try using cissus powder, Cissus Quadrangularis Bulk Powder 100 Grams. The cissus powder has a natural inflammatory effect on both my joints and tendons, it's like Glucosamine which I've also taken but I seem to have more flexibility in my joints when taking the cissus.
Another good thing about the Biofreeze is that the bottle actually lasts quite a while. I am getting ready to purchase more and have never regretted buying it.

Biofreeze 4-ounce Pain Relieving Gel results in almost instantaneous results. Not only does this product get right to the problem, but also eliminates the longer term for a slow drop in the odor typical of would-be similar pain gels. Yes, it is somewhat more expensive than others, but the product is worth any additional cost.

Great for muscle pain.
I have used the Biofreeze spray and it is equally impressive.
Please note, the spray has %10 menthol in it - this gel only has %3.5 menthol but it still does the trick.
The gel is easier to spread and rub into the muscle and skin. The spray is just a spray and really doesn't need to be rubbed into the skin.

I went to my doctor in May, complaining of pain in my right hip. I had fallen down a flight of stairs a couple of years ago, and arthritis had set in. My doctor told me about this amazing product she uses for arthritis pain, and it didn't involve oral medication, something I try to avoid if possible. She told me she uses a product called Biofreeze. She get's it from her Chiropractor. She told me she pays $10 for a 4oz tube. I went home and jumped right on Amazon.com to see if anyone sold the product, and I found a two pack, 4oz deal for $14.95, cheaper than she gets locally. I ordered the product and it arrived about a week later. This product is so amazng, I actually gave a tube to my older sister who was also having some arthritis issue with her left hip. She was as sold on this product as I was, and I'll be placing another order soon.

I had been given a sample at the Commission on Aging picnic and was very pleased with the result. That is why I ordered it and would like to order more. I used it on my shoulder that had a rotate cuff repaired. I also used it on my knee. In fact, I wish I could grease all of my joints with biofreeze since it make me feel so good. Eva
