I use Biofreeze when I occasionally have neck and shoulder pain and it does a really good job for temporary relief. I also get it for family and friends and they swear by it. I have been ordering Biofreeze for about 9 years because I do not like to see people suffering in pain.

The product itself is great.
The packaging from this company was not. Upon receiving the package, I could stick my fingers inside because the tape was not put on correctly.
The Biofreeze tubes were thrown in the box. I have bought the same amount of Biofreeze before, and they are not thrown in the box.

My husband was having a terrible back pain, the chiropractor recommended this product along with the therapy, and he said it works excellent. Help him a lot during planting season driving a bouncy tractor all day.

This is the best pain relief gel I've ever used. I tried Capsazin and Aspercreme Arthritis, but, they were a little rough on sensitive skin and burned if covered up by clothing. I'd recommend this product to anyone that needs pain relief without the unpleasant side effects of the other full strength cremes.
